That is why we have built a shipping policy that prioritizes clarity, speed, and fairness. Whether you live in the heart of New York City, a small town in Texas, or halfway across the world in Australia, our goal is to get your Golf, Running, Tennis & Pickleball, Training, or Yoga & Pilates gear to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about our shipping methods, processing times, delivery windows, costs, international shipping, lost package procedures, and more. Please note that this policy applies to all purchases made directly through our website. Orders placed through third-party resellers (if any) are subject to their respective shipping policies.


1. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, it must go through our internal processing and quality check. This is the time between when you click “Place Order” and when a carrier picks up your package.

1.1 Standard Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). For example, if you place an order on a Monday morning, it will likely ship by Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed on a Friday evening may not process until the following Monday or Tuesday.

1.2 Expedited Processing

We do not currently offer a separate “expedited processing” service. However, if you select an expedited shipping method (e.g., Express 1-2 business days), our warehouse team prioritizes your order for same-day or next-day processing, provided the order is placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

1.3 Peak Season and Holiday Processing

During peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, and major athletic event seasons), processing times may extend to 3 to 5 business days. We will post banners on our website to notify you of any delays. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to order early for holiday or event deadlines.

1.4 Order Cutting Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are eligible for same-day processing (but not necessarily same-day shipping, depending on carrier pickup schedules).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time will be processed on the next business day.

Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) are not considered business days. Processing does not occur on these days.

1.5 Order Verification

Rarely, an order may be flagged for additional verification by our fraud prevention system or by Stripe. This may add an extra 1-2 business days to processing. We will notify you via email if verification is required. To avoid delays, please ensure your billing address exactly matches the address on file with your credit card issuer.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

HELVOR LLC proudly ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.). Shipping to remote areas (e.g., rural Alaska, small islands) may take slightly longer than standard estimates.

2.1 Shipping Carriers

We work with multiple reputable carriers to ensure the best balance of speed, cost, and reliability. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, your order may be delivered by:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service) – primarily for small packages and standard shipping

  • UPS (United Parcel Service) – for ground and expedited services

  • FedEx (Federal Express) – for express and specific regional deliveries

You will receive the carrier name and tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

2.2 Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

The following options are available for domestic orders (contiguous 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may have different rates and longer delivery windows; these will be calculated at checkout.

Important Notes on Delivery Times:

  • Delivery estimates are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). For example, an order that ships on a Thursday with Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days) would arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico typically take an additional 3-5 business days for Standard and Expedited shipping. Express shipping to these locations may be delayed by 1-2 days due to limited flight schedules.

  • Rural or remote addresses may experience longer delivery times, even with Express shipping.

2.3 Free Shipping Threshold

2.4 Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We gladly ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping methods (Expedited and Express) are not available for P.O. Boxes because private carriers like UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to them. If you provide a P.O. Box address and select an expedited method, we will automatically downgrade your shipping to Standard USPS and refund the difference.

For APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses, we use USPS. Delivery times are typically 10-20 business days due to military handling. We cannot offer expedited shipping to these addresses. Thank you for your service.


3. International Shipping

HELVOR LLC is proud to serve customers around the world. Our international shipping network currently covers over 40 countries, with plans to expand further.

3.1 Countries We Ship To

Our standard international shipping destinations include:

  • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary

  • Middle East: Israel, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia

3.2 International Shipping Methods and Costs

International rates vary significantly by region and package weight. The following are estimates for a typical 1lb (0.45 kg) package. Actual rates will be calculated at checkout.

Heavy packages (e.g., orders with multiple jackets, heavy leggings, or large accessories) may incur additional surcharges. You will see the final rate before confirming your order.

3.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Very Important)

As the customer, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or handling charges imposed by your country’s government or carrier. HELVOR does not collect these fees at checkout. The price you pay to us covers only the product and the shipping to your country’s border.

  • How It Works: When your package arrives in your country, customs officials may assess duties and taxes based on the declared value (the full price you paid). The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and then bill you before delivery. You may be required to pay online, via a phone call, or upon delivery.

  • Estimation: To estimate potential fees, search your country’s customs website for “duty calculator” or “import tax calculator.” For example, the UK charges 20% VAT on most imports above a certain threshold. Canada charges GST/HST plus a handling fee.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to HELVOR, we will refund the product cost minus the original outbound shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred. The refund may take up to 30 days. We strongly advise paying the fees if they are reasonable.

  • Undervaluation: HELVOR strictly follows international trade laws. We will never mark a package as a “gift” or undervalue the contents. Doing so is illegal and could result in fines, seizure of the package, and termination of our shipping privileges. Please do not ask us to do this.

3.4 International Delivery Times

The delivery estimates in the table above (10-20 business days for Standard, etc.) begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier (typically 1-2 business days from order placement). However, international packages are subject to customs clearance delays, which can add anywhere from 2 to 15 business days. HELVOR has no control over customs processing. We will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the package’s progress, including any customs holds.

3.5 Tracking for International Orders

All international orders ship with full tracking capabilities, though tracking may be less detailed once the package leaves the US. For Standard International, you will typically receive tracking up to the point of departure from the US, and then your local postal service will provide delivery confirmation. Expedited and Express International include end-to-end tracking with the same carrier (e.g., DHL Express or FedEx International).


4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, our website does not support shipping multiple items in a single order to different addresses. If you need to send products to separate locations (e.g., a gift for a friend in another state), please place separate orders for each shipping address. Each order will be processed independently and may incur its own shipping charges.


5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items and one or more are out of stock or on backorder, we may split your shipment. We will ship the available items immediately and send the remaining items when they become available. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email contains:

  • Your tracking number(s)

  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page

  • An estimated delivery date (subject to change)

You can also track your order by logging into your account on helvor.space (if you created one) and navigating to “Order History”. Click the tracking link for the relevant order.

6.1 Tracking Not Updating?

It is normal for tracking information to take up to 24 to 48 hours to appear after you receive the shipment confirmation email. The carrier may have picked up the package but not yet scanned it into their system. If after 48 hours the tracking still shows “Label Created” or “Not Found,” please contact us at hello@helvorshop.com. We will investigate with the carrier.

6.2 “Delivered” but Package Not Received

Please see Section 8 (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages) below.


7. Shipping Restrictions and Prohibited Items

HELVOR sells only women’s athletic apparel and related accessories. We do not ship hazardous materials, flammable items, liquids, aerosols, or any product that violates carrier regulations. If a product you ordered inadvertently falls into a prohibited category (e.g., a pressurized can of fabric refresher), we will cancel that item from your order and refund you.

Additionally, some countries have restrictions on certain synthetic fabrics or materials. By placing an international order, you represent that the products you are ordering are legal to import into your country. HELVOR is not responsible for seizures or destruction of packages by foreign customs authorities.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Despite our best efforts and the reliability of our carriers, occasional issues occur. Please review the following procedures carefully.

8.1 Lost in Transit (Tracking Stops)

If your tracking information shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days (domestic) or 20 consecutive business days (international) after the last scan, your package may be lost. Contact us at hello@helvorshop.com with your order number and tracking number. We will file a tracer with the carrier. If the carrier declares the package lost, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement at no cost to you (if the item is still in stock), or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, including original shipping charges.

This process typically takes 7 to 14 business days for domestic and 14 to 30 business days for international.

8.2 Package Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

This is the most common and most frustrating issue. Please take the following steps in order:

  1. Double-check the delivery address: Ensure that the shipping address you provided is correct. We ship exactly to the address you enter.

  2. Ask household members or neighbors: The carrier may have left the package with a receptionist, doorman, or neighbor. Check around your porch, back door, garage, or mailroom.

  3. Wait 24 hours: Sometimes carriers mark packages as “Delivered” early to meet performance metrics, but actually deliver the next day.

  4. Contact the carrier directly: Provide your tracking number. USPS: 1-800-275-8777; UPS: 1-800-742-5877; FedEx: 1-800-463-3339. They can provide GPS coordinates of where the package was scanned as delivered.

  5. If still not found, contact us: Email hello@helvorshop.com with “DELIVERED NOT RECEIVED – ORDER # [Number]”. Include the tracking number and a screenshot of the carrier’s “Delivered” status.

Important Liability Note: HELVOR’s responsibility and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier scans the package as “Delivered” to the address you provided. However, as a courtesy and to maintain customer trust, we will investigate each claim. If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are not obligated to refund or replace. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance (see Section 10) or using a secure delivery location (e.g., a locker, workplace address, or requiring a signature).

8.3 Stolen Package After Delivery

If your package was stolen from your porch or mailbox after the carrier marked it as delivered, HELVOR is not responsible. However, you may be able to file a police report and a claim with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance. Shipping insurance (Route or similar) often covers porch piracy. 8.4 Damaged Package or Product

If your package arrives with visible external damage (crushed box, torn mailer, wet stains), please do the following:

  1. Take photos of the outer packaging before opening, the damaged area, and the product inside.

  2. Do not discard the original packaging. Carriers often require inspection of the box.

  3. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at hello@helvorshop.com with “DAMAGED – ORDER # [Number]” and attach the photos.

  4. We will file a claim with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we will send you a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

If the product itself is damaged but the outer box is fine, the damage may be a manufacturing defect. Please follow our Refund and Return Policy for defective items.


9. Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders, especially those over $100 or those being shipped to addresses with a history of package theft. Insurance is offered at checkout via a third-party provider like Route or via a direct option.

  • Cost: Typically 1% to 2% of the order subtotal.

  • Coverage: Protects against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an insured package is lost or stolen, the insurance provider will refund or replace the items directly, often without requiring you to deal with the carrier.

  • How to File a Claim: You will receive a separate insurance confirmation email. Follow the instructions in that email. For convenience, HELVOR can also help you file a claim if you provide the insurance order number.

  • If You Decline Insurance: You accept full responsibility for the package once the carrier marks it as delivered. HELVOR will not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages that were not insured.


10. Signature Requirement

By default, HELVOR does not require a signature for domestic standard or expedited shipping. The carrier may leave the package at your door, in your mailbox, or with a neighbor. For Express shipping on orders over $200, we may automatically add a signature requirement at our discretion.

If you want a signature required for any order (regardless of value), please email hello@helvorshop.com immediately after placing your order. We will request this from the carrier. There is an additional fee of 3.00to5.00 per package, which will be added to your order total. Please note that if no one is available to sign, the carrier will make up to three attempts and then hold the package at a local depot for pickup. This may delay delivery by several days.


11. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

11.1 Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us because you entered an incorrect address (e.g., wrong zip code, missing apartment number, misspelled street name), we will contact you to confirm the correct address. You will be responsible for:

  • The original outbound shipping cost (non-refundable)

  • reshipment fee of 7.99fordomesticor14.99 for international (to cover the cost of shipping again)

  • Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier (if the package is returned to us)

If you do not want the package reshipped, we will refund the product cost minus the original outbound shipping fee and any return fees. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned package.

11.2 Undeliverable as Addressed by Carrier (e.g., no such number, business closed)

If the carrier cannot deliver due to a problem with the address (e.g., the street number does not exist, the business is permanently closed, or the recipient refused delivery), the package will be returned to us. The same reshipment fee and deductions apply as in Section 11.1 above.


12. Order Changes and Address Changes After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address, intercept the package, or reroute it to a different address. If you realize you provided the wrong address after receiving the shipment confirmation email, your only options are:

  • Attempt to redirect the package using the carrier’s online tools (e.g., UPS My Choice, FedEx Delivery Manager, USPS Package Intercept). These services may charge a fee.

  • Wait for the package to be returned to us (if undeliverable) and then pay the reshipment fee as described above.

  • Refuse delivery (if you catch the driver) – the package will be returned to us, and you can then request a reshipment.

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before finalizing your order.


13. Delivery Delays (Force Majeure)

HELVOR LLC is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or labor disputes, transportation delays (e.g., cargo ship backups), customs holds, political unrest, or carrier system outages. In such events, we will communicate any known delays via email and banners on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays, but we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframes. No refunds or discounts will be provided for delays caused by force majeure.


14. Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility

Your responsibility for the package begins when the carrier scans it as “Delivered” to the address you provided. At that point, HELVOR’s responsibility ends. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Ship to a secure location where someone is present during the day.

  • Use a work address (with permission) where a front desk can accept packages.

  • Install a lockable parcel box.

  • Require a signature for valuable orders.

  • Purchase shipping insurance.

If you live in an area known for package theft, consider having your order shipped to a local carrier access point (e.g., UPS Store, FedEx Office, USPS General Delivery, Amazon Hub Locker – but note we are not Amazon, so check with the specific carrier).


15. Return Shipping

If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns, but we can email you a label for a fee (deducted from your refund). The cost for a domestic return label is $6.99; international return labels are not available due to customs complexity.

Q: How can I get free shipping?

A: Spend $75 or more on products (after discounts, before taxes) and select Standard Shipping at checkout. Free shipping is for the contiguous 48 US states only.

Q: Do you ship on weekends?

A: Our warehouse does not process or ship orders on weekends. However, carriers may deliver on Saturdays (for certain services like UPS Ground or USPS Priority). We do not offer Sunday delivery.

Q: Can I pick up my order locally in Sheridan, Wyoming?

A: No. Our Sheridan address is a corporate mailing office, not a retail store or pickup location. All orders are shipped from a fulfillment center.

Q: Do you ship to freight forwarders?

A: Yes, we ship to known freight forwarders. However, we are not responsible for any issues that occur after delivery to the forwarder’s address (e.g., lost packages, damage during onward shipping). We strongly recommend insurance for such shipments.

Q: What happens if I refuse delivery of a package?

A: If you refuse delivery without a valid reason (e.g., you simply changed your mind), the package will be returned to us. We will refund the product cost minus original shipping and a $10 restocking fee. If you refuse delivery because the package is obviously damaged, please take photos and follow the damaged package procedure.

Q: Can you ship faster than Express 1-2 days?

A: For truly urgent orders (e.g., next-day morning delivery), please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to arrange an overnight courier at an additional cost. This is not available for all locations.


17. Shipping Policy Updates

HELVOR LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The version that applies to your order is the version in effect at the time you place the order. We will not change shipping costs or methods retroactively for already placed orders.
